This fee covers our professional planning, preparation, coordination, and event-management services.Please note that the planning fee does not include third-party event expenses such as venue rental, catering, refreshments, decorations, photography, videography, entertainment, printing, equipment rentals, or other vendor services. These costs are selected and paid for separately by the author based on their preferences and event budget.Because every book launch is different, final pricing may vary depending on the size and complexity of your event. An intimate gathering of 25 guests requires a different level of planning and coordination than a large celebration with 100+ guests, multiple vendors, entertainment, and additional event elements.After your initial consultation, you will receive a customized quote based on the specific needs of your book launch event.
